Vitex Free Sample

I tried taking 2 a day just before the start of my period and I noticed a huge difference with the duration and intesity of my period. And also, I get bad headaches around that time too and it was pretty none existant.

After taking the Vitex sample, I have to admit that my last menstrual cycle was a lot lighter than before! Not sure if it was a coincident, but I’ll be definitely buying a full bottle. I haven’t concieved yet, but I know it’s coming soon!! Wish me luck & thanks!

Well, I’ve been on birth control for years and I think it’s time I gave my body a break from all these artificial hormones. My menstral cycles keep getting screwed up. I read some things on Vitex and felt that it might be worth a try. I’m glad I did because after taking two pills a day just after a few days I finally got my period, no pms, no cramps. Coincident? I hope not. I will be buying the full size soon. So far, it’s great!

Thanks. I’m having trouble with fertility right now and I’m really hoping this will help. Has anyone on here had the same problem and had success with vitex?
