Now, before I go any further, I think you must know that with this product you are either going to love it or hate it. There’s probably not going to be an in between. Personally, I didn’t like it, I found it difficult and awkward to use. Let me tell you why. First, you get the product to come out of the pen/applicator by clicking a little pump at the end. And as you click, you’re not really sure when it’s going to start coming out. So wasting some is going to be fairly common at first. And if you put too much on it’ll clump up your eye lashes or it’ll look really messy.

Secondly, if you do decide to not throw away the applicator and everything due to the sheer frustration with using the product and you actually do apply some of the product you’ll find that it does not remove easily. Sure it’ll last a long time and won’t smear easily but when you actually want to clean your face off, it just won’t come off easily. That’s a big turn off for me.

Anyways if they fixed the applicator problem I think this would be a fairly decent product. It’s just to difficult and very awkward to work and makes the task hair puzzlingly frustrating.
