Victorias Secret Gorgeous Perfume Free Sample

Hey VS fans! Right now they’re giving away this cute purse size free sample of Victoria’s Secret Gorgeous Perfume. This is so new, I just found out that they are giving them out and I haven’t even received mine yet. When you send in your request by the end of the month, they’ll send you this 0.05 fl oz (1.5 ml) spray pump vial in one to two weeks or perhaps more depending on the demand.

I’ve seen some of the pictures of the bottle it comes in and it really does look “Gorgeous”, lol. I love the old classic style bottles with the spray pumps. My grandmother always had one on her dresser and it just looked so fancy to me. I might even buy this perfume for the bottle 😉

Like I said earlier, I haven’t had a chance to try out my sample yet as it has not arrived, but once I do, I’ll post my usual review of it. So far, I’ve seen reviews on other sites saying that it smells of strawberry with a hint of citrus. Then later, you get jasmine and freesia. The lasting power is suppose to be fairy good, up to 6 hours. If the strawberry scent is really strong, then I may not like it. I’m not really one for fruity perfumes, especially berries. I think strawberry might smell too juvenile, like a Strawberry Shortcake doll, lol. But hey, I can’t knock it until I try it right?

This free sample of Victoria’s Secret Gorgeous Perfume is available for a limited time, the end of the month I believe and only one (1) per mailing address. Open to residents of the United States, Canada, England, France, Sweden, and Australia. No purchase necessary.

I was so excited to get my hands on this “gorgeous” perfume sample and now that I did, I’m a little disappointed. I’m a big fan of anything from Victoria’s Secret but with this perfume it just smelled cheap. It didn’t smell natural, for example, the strawberry has a weird bitter scent that just doesn’t seem right and maybe a little repulsive. Maybe it’s the jasmine or sandalwood combination I don’t know. I do know that this is the first Victoria Secret perfume I don’t like- can’t win ’em all.
