I’ve tried other LM products in the past and have liked them but not overly. This primer was about the same, it was okay. I don’t normally use a primer. For one thing, the smell is just odd. I don’t know what it is but it’s definitely not good. I did like the fact that it dried very quickly so then I could apply my foundation quickly. But I didn’t seem to last as long as I would have liked. So I’d say it was alright, and I was glad I had a chance to try it. It’s very similar to the Smashbox but not as good. Definitely worth a try if you’re trying to find a decent primer to work with.

My sample arrived last week and used it on sunday. I really liked it. It’s not a heavy primer, very light weight. I have very fair skin and noticed my pores were less visible. My skin can sometimes be very suseptable to acne so I need to be careful, no breakout with this. And lasts all day!
Will definitely be using again!

Thanks! There’s enough primer in the sample for a couple uses and really liked it. I like the fact that it’s not oily and provides a really good base for the rest of my face makeup. The only problem I have with the Laura Mercier Foundation is the fact that it doesn’thave any sunscreen in it 🙁
